About the role

Leland is looking for an experienced Dating Coach to help clients improve their dating lives and build meaningful connections. You will work remotely, setting your own schedule and rates while delivering high‑quality, supportive sessions to individuals seeking guidance on relationship goals, confidence, and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Explore clients' dating objectives and clarify relationship goals.
• Provide confidence‑building and conversation‑skill coaching.
• Review and optimize dating profiles, develop messaging strategies, and assist with date planning.
• Conduct post‑date debriefs to help clients learn from each experience.
• Collaborate with Leland’s team to maintain a consistent, high‑standard client experience.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a dating coach, matchmaker, or related professional.
• Strong understanding of modern dating dynamics and platforms.
• Clear, structured approach to coaching and client development.
• Ability to work independently, set own hours, and manage virtual sessions.
