Building & Facilities Custodian

About the role

The Building & Facilities Custodian ensures the clubhouse, public areas, amenities and private residences at Troubadour Golf & Field Club are clean, orderly and welcoming. Working with Residential Services and Club Operations, you will help deliver the high‑standard experience expected by members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of the clubhouse, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, window cleaning and furniture upkeep.
• Sanitize restrooms, restock supplies and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Empty trash containers, replace liners and manage waste disposal.
• Keep hallways, lobbies and other common spaces consistently presentable.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning‑supply inventory.
• Respond promptly to special cleaning requests from clubhouse management.
• Report maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Launder pool, spa, salon and fitness linens and terry on a daily basis.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least six months of housekeeping or professional cleaning experience, preferably in a high‑end residential or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to follow safety procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.

What we offer

• Full‑time hourly position.
• Starting pay of $18 per hour.
