Data Entry Clerk (Remote)

About the role

Lorygen Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to join its remote team. In this full‑time position you will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining accurate records that support marketing campaigns, client services, and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update client, campaign, audience, content, lead, and reporting data from approved forms, documents, spreadsheets, or internal systems.
• Review entries for missing fields, duplicates, formatting issues, and inconsistencies before finalizing.
• Update existing records, apply approved corrections, and keep a clear audit trail of changes.
• Maintain organized digital files following naming, version‑control, and record‑retention procedures.
• Complete assigned data‑entry queues while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
• Protect customer and company information and flag unclear source data for clarification.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior data‑entry or office experience is a plus.
• Accurate keyboarding skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, online forms, shared files, and database‑style systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during repetitive, high‑volume work.
• Reliable written communication and the ability to follow detailed instructions independently.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure home workspace.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check.
