About the role

The private pathology group is seeking a Cytopathologist to join its team on a partnership track. The position offers a standard five‑day workweek with strong work‑life balance and competitive compensation.

Key responsibilities

Perform the full scope of general cytopathology duties and communicate results to clinicians.
Present cases at tumor boards and occasionally teach staff or residents.
Serve as CLIA director for the clinical laboratories.
Participate in an on‑call rotation shared among surgical pathologists.

Required profile

Strong communication skills for close collaboration with oncologists and complex medical teams.
Ability to work within a close‑knit team that values work‑life balance.
Open to junior pathologists seeking growth in a supportive environment.
