Customer Success Manager, Top Accounts

About the role

Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead AI adoption for one of its largest technology accounts. You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, helping the customer maximize the value of Anthropic’s Claude suite—including API, Claude Code, and Cowork—while ensuring safe and sustainable usage.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision‑makers in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Become an expert on Anthropic’s product portfolio and guide customers toward the most appropriate solutions.
• Own the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle, delivering structured operational assessments, account plans, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities across departments, collaborating with Sales and Product teams.
• Drive adoption, change‑management, and ROI optimization while monitoring consumption growth.
• Provide best‑practice guidance and feedback that informs product development and go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise‑level customer relationships in a technology or AI context.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand multi‑pronged objectives and translate them into AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
