Customer Success Manager – Tampa, FL

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers in Tampa to drive customer success for a leading medical‑technology portfolio. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal sales, service and engineering teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret Accounts Receivable status, providing guidance to internal partners.
• Communicate information between customers and Siemens stakeholders (Sales & Service).
• Support technical escalations together with RSM, CSE, CSML and other technical resources.
• Monitor Preventive Maintenance and Update Instruction activities, ensuring 100% compliance.
• Serve as liaison between Siemens service teams and in‑house biomedical/clinical engineering staff.
• Validate billing, oversee Purchase Order creation and approval, and manage other service‑related administrative tasks.
• Manage escalations between internal and external service providers.

Required profile

• BS/BA in a medical, engineering/technology or business administration field; healthcare background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting multivendor imaging and biomedical technology maintenance operations.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented and passionate about delivering positive customer impact.
