Customer Success Associate Consultant – NetSuite

About the role

As a Customer Success Associate Consultant you will join Oracle’s Customer Success Associate Development Program (CSADP). The immersive program combines structured learning, hands‑on NetSuite practice, coaching and real customer exposure to build consulting, business‑process and AI fluency skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality NetSuite implementations using industry‑specific processes and AI‑enabled insights.
• Engage customers with curiosity and empathy, translate business needs into practical NetSuite solutions, and support configuration, testing and post‑go‑live activities.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to finance, operations, technology and end‑user stakeholders.
• Apply data‑driven problem‑solving to navigate ambiguity, test assumptions and improve project outcomes.
• Collaborate across internal teams, incorporate feedback and maintain a high standard of professionalism and follow‑through.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree; preferred fields include Economics, Business Technology, MIS, Finance, Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Engineering or Marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
