Customer Service Support Staff

About the role

Pizza Lucé is seeking enthusiastic, high‑energy individuals to join the customer service support team at the Roseville location. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences by greeting customers, handling orders, and supporting teammates in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
• Take phone orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Assist delivery drivers with packing and labeling cold items.
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers to ensure smooth service.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out garbage as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent command of English.
• Upbeat, friendly personality with a service‑mindset.
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift 40 lb.
• Team‑oriented attitude and alertness to co‑worker and guest needs.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of restaurant hospitality.
• Experience with customer service or restaurant work is a plus.
