Customer Service Representative – Call Center

About the role

Join Docomo Pacific’s call center team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the front‑line voice for customers, handling inquiries, billing issues, and product information across phone, email, and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and guide them to the right products and services.
• Assist customers with upgrades and discover new Docomo Pacific solutions that fit their lifestyle.
• Manage billing inquiries, process payments, and keep account information accurate.
• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to meet service goals and learn new technologies.
• Stay current on promotions, new products, and best‑practice service delivery.
• Provide support to retail locations when needed.

Required profile

• Positive, people‑focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with genuine empathy.
• Calm and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Basic computer and data‑entry abilities, comfortable navigating multiple systems.
• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments (telecom a plus).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Multilingual ability (Chamorro, Carolinian, Chuukese, Tagalog, Japanese) is a plus.
