Customer Service AI Trainer – Remote (US)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to act as AI Trainers. In this remote, part‑time consulting role you will help improve large language models by creating benchmark answers and evaluating AI‑generated career guidance for customer‑service professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Create benchmark responses to common customer‑service career questions.
• Develop scoring rubrics to assess AI‑generated guidance.
• Review and rate AI recommendations on career progression, performance metrics, and leadership pathways.
• Identify inaccurate or impractical advice and provide written justification.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality feedback to support model evaluation.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, support, or experience roles.
• Current or recent active involvement in a US‑based customer‑service environment.
• Strong understanding of career paths within contact‑center and customer‑experience organizations.
• Ability to evaluate professional guidance objectively and consistently.
