AI Trainer with Machine Learning (Long-Term Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an AI Trainer with strong machine‑learning expertise to act as the organization’s AI consultant and educator. You will help teams across the Government business adopt generative AI tools, improve processes, and build confidence in AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver AI training and education using real‑world business examples to boost efficiency and performance.
• Guide teams on prompt engineering, evaluate AI‑generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and hallucinations, and recommend refinements.
• Reinforce AI usage standards, governance, and playbooks for responsible adoption.
• Stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and techniques, assessing their practical applicability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify AI use cases and process‑improvement opportunities.
• Support development and implementation of AI agents and AI‑enabled business processes.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in AI enablement, consulting, training, business analysis, or project management.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools and large language models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and ability to assess AI outputs for bias, hallucinations, and data quality.
• Proven ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear, practical business guidance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and training skills.
