Customer Operations Associate

About the role

Coverdash is looking for a Customer Operations Associate to ensure a seamless insurance experience for its clients. You will keep client, policy, and billing data accurate and compliant, allowing the Service and Sales teams to focus on advising small businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client, policy, and billing records in the Admin (AMS) system.
• Process and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) efficiently.
• Handle client requests via the ticketing system and resolve billing issues.
• Support policy lifecycle activities: applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to retrieve documents, process changes, and complete endorsement quoting.
• Perform daily carrier data downloads and keep records up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with U.S. Service and Sales teams to address client needs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple systems and tools.
