Customer Care Advocate II – French Speaking

About the role
This position supports OEM and distribution customers by handling routine and overflow calls and inquiries. The role involves processing orders, providing pricing and delivery information, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to email and phone inquiries from customers and field sales representatives.
- Process customer orders, claims, credits, and debits.
- Generate daily reports and provide required customer documents such as policies, forms, and engineering drawings.
- Utilize CRM, Oracle, OTIS, DDM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and O365 to address requests.
- Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and participate in Gemba calls.
- Assist in writing SOPs, coaching colleagues, and mentoring new hires.
- Support special projects, Kaizen events, and user‑testing initiatives.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2‑3 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Fluent conversational French for servicing French‑speaking customers.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Continuous‑improvement mindset.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, O365).
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
