Customer Ambassador – Nashville

About the role

Join Tanger as a Tanger Ambassador in Nashville, where you will represent the brand, engage shoppers, and help promote loyalty programs across the shopping center.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with the Tanger brand.
• Engage shoppers across the center, providing information, samples, coupons and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Educate customers on TangerClub benefits and assist with sign‑ups using the Tanger Mobile App.
• Represent Tanger at on‑site and off‑site marketing events, set up and break down displays, and capture event media.
• Provide administrative support such as handling mail, shipments, and updating center logs and signage.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused demeanor with strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with shoppers, vendors and retailers.
• Commitment to Tanger’s values of integrity, inclusion and innovation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) and related applications.
• Ability to navigate and use the Tanger Mobile App for loyalty program enrollment.
