About the role
The CRM and Integration Developer will design, implement, and maintain systems that manage user access and integrate core university platforms. Working within University Information Services, you will support identity lifecycle management and ensure secure, reliable connections between Salesforce, Workday, Banner, and other enterprise applications.
Key responsibilities
- Support and maintain Linux‑based systems and related applications.
- Develop and manage identity integrations across multiple technologies and services.
- Prioritize development projects to align with university goals and report progress to senior leadership.
- Analyze, design, develop, and document requirements for platforms such as Georgetown 360 (Salesforce CRM).
- Provide technical support for CRM solutions and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Design scalable MuleSoft integrations using Anypoint Platform components (Design Center, Anypoint Studio, API Manager) to connect Salesforce with systems like Workday and Banner.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and identity lifecycle management.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple software platforms and train team members.
Required skills
- Linux operating system administration.
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Design Center, Anypoint Studio, API Manager).
- Salesforce CRM development and integration.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday and Banner.
