Analytics Engineer

About the role

Regal is building a massive real‑time dataset from its Voice AI agents that handle millions of customer interactions daily. As an Analytics Engineer you will turn this data into actionable insights that shape product decisions, improve AI and human agent performance, and drive smarter business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dive analyses and create internal reports and dashboards to support product and business decisions.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Product Specialists to provide data‑driven guidance for building, tuning, and evaluating AI agents.
• Define and document how key metrics are calculated and presented within the Regal application.
• Leverage AI‑powered coding agents to accelerate data discovery and analysis.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business metrics and the underlying data model.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data analyst, or management consultant.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Comfortable collaborating across product, engineering, and AI teams.

Required skills

• Proficient in SQL.
• Experience with dbt.
• Familiarity with modern data warehouses, preferably ClickHouse or Snowflake.
• Hands‑on experience with Looker or comparable BI tools.
