Android Mobile Engineer

About the role

Ramp is looking for an Android Engineer to enhance its fast‑growing mobile app that powers finance workflows for thousands of businesses. You will help shape the next generation of fintech by building new features and integrating AI‑driven experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch new products for Ramp’s Android app.
• Establish engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase and improve productivity.
• Conduct code reviews and define engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to identify and prioritize key features.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to gather customer feedback and continuously improve the product.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in mobile development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience launching a mobile app or multiple features that reached a large user base.
• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns and best practices.
• Desire to work in a fast‑paced environment and continuously grow your craft.
