Crew Member – Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping

About the role

The Crew Member will perform lawn mowing, mulching, trimming, planting, and a range of landscape maintenance tasks on assigned properties. The role requires safe, efficient execution of equipment operation and chemical applications while supporting the Crew Leader and Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and backhoes.
• Apply weed‑control chemicals and other licensed treatments.
• Store, transport, mix, and apply chemicals in compliance with regulations.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform routine equipment preventative maintenance and daily cleaning.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites, vehicles, and storage areas.
• Report issues, accidents, or supply shortages to supervisors.
• Assist with crew transportation and other duties as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and follow site plans.
• Dependable, punctual, safety‑conscious, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to train new laborers and accept feedback.
