Crew Leader – Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Crew Leader (Foreperson) supervises a landscaping crew on‑site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high‑quality delivery of lawn maintenance projects. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role includes training staff, planning work, managing equipment and materials, and handling client communications.

Key responsibilities

• Create schedules with management and follow job specifications, materials, and timelines.
• Organise, supervise, lead and train employees to complete projects within established guidelines.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met while applying proper horticultural practices.
• Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance and conduct weekly site inspections.
• Maintain punch lists, identify process improvements, and communicate client requests and concerns.
• Uphold safe working conditions and enforce company safety guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of age; fluent English (Spanish bilingual preferred).
• At least two years of professional landscape maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership, dependability, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to plan, organise, and direct a team efficiently.
