Manager, Energy & IoT Management

About the role

The Manager, Energy & IoT Management leads Inspire Brands’ energy management strategy across its company‑owned restaurant portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Facilities Strategy & COE, this role owns the Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Connected Kitchen platforms, driving utility reduction, cost savings, and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern EMS and Connected Kitchen platforms, set priorities, enhancements, and adoption strategies.
• Develop and execute utility reduction programs that lower operating costs and extend asset life.
• Use energy dashboards and analytics to identify consumption trends, outliers, and savings opportunities.
• Build and manage utility rebate and incentive strategies, partnering with utility providers and vendors.
• Create business cases, ROI models, and lifecycle cost evaluations for capital planning.
• Support enterprise sustainability and ESG initiatives through data management and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years in facilities, energy management, utilities, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading enterprise‑wide programs and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
