Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items and assemble orders following Wendy’s brand standards.
• Operate restaurant equipment such as grills, registers, and headsets.
• Serve customers with a friendly attitude and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area.
• Stand and move throughout the shift, handling food and supplies safely.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.

• Eagerness to learn new tasks and improve performance.
• Reliability and the ability to address issues promptly.
• Physical ability to stand and move for most of the shift.
