Creole-English Bilingual Representative

About the role

StaffHero is looking for a Creole-English Bilingual Representative to deliver high-quality customer support and administrative assistance remotely. The successful candidate will interact with customers, patients or clients in both languages, resolve inquiries, and help maintain smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support to Creole- and English-speaking customers via phone, email, chat and text.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Translate and interpret information accurately when required.
• Assist customers with appointments, account inquiries and service requests.
• Document all interactions in the CRM or client systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve concerns efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
• Meet productivity, quality and customer-satisfaction targets.
• Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluent in Creole and English (spoken and written).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call-center, healthcare support or administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
