Creole Case Manager for Personal Injury Law Firm (Remote)

About the role

We are a Florida‑based personal injury law firm seeking a bilingual Haitian Creole‑speaking Case Manager to work remotely. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for Creole‑speaking clients, guiding them through intake, medical documentation, and pre‑litigation steps while collaborating closely with attorneys and third‑party providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through the pre‑litigation phase.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates in Haitian Creole and English.
• Request, organize, and follow up on medical records, bills, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other third parties.
• Track treatment status, case deadlines, and outstanding documentation.
• Maintain accurate case files in the firm’s case management system.
• Assist with letters of representation, insurance documentation, and case‑related correspondence.
• Support attorneys and legal staff with case preparation and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Fluency in Haitian Creole and English.
• Previous experience in a U.S. personal injury law firm (strongly preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong client‑service orientation and follow‑up ability.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
