Creative Project Manager

About the role

The Las Vegas Raiders are looking for a highly organized Creative Project Manager to join the Creative Services team. You will guide creative projects from intake through delivery, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with the Raiders brand across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Review and triage incoming creative requests, flag missing information, and assign appropriate assets.
• Manage project intake, tracking, and timelines using Asana, providing visibility for the team.
• Coordinate content updates across website, print, digital screens, video, and on‑site collateral.
• Write, edit, and proofread copy for marketing, advertising, social, and print assets.
• Maintain centralized content libraries for campaigns, events, and major initiatives.
• Support vendor coordination for quotes, timelines, and specifications when needed.
• Serve as the primary Asana resource, maintaining workflows, templates, and best‑practice documentation.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and proactive with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for brand consistency.
• Excellent written communication and copyediting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana project‑management software.
