About the role

The Client Solutions Manager will join TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team within the SMB Growth division, focusing on food and beverage advertisers. Working closely with a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will help midsize brands achieve their marketing goals through TikTok’s ad products.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted consultant to develop and grow relationships with SMB advertisers.
  • Design media plans that align with client KPIs and drive measurable results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing proactive recommendations.
  • Project‑manage complex media buys involving multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Support sales teams with pre‑sale research, pitch preparation, and product education.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, and measurement—to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Gather marketplace feedback to inform TikTok’s advertising strategy and product roadmap.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in account management or client service within digital marketing or advertising.
  • Track record of handling complex client and campaign challenges.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, diagnose technical problems, and work with product or engineering teams to resolve them.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a curiosity for testing and learning.
