Creative Content Strategist

About the role

ButterflyMX is seeking a Creative Content Strategist to shape its content ecosystem across B2B2C touchpoints. The role blends creative vision, systems architecture, and growth hacking, leveraging AI to automate content creation for property managers, owners, and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and deliver high‑impact campaigns with clear value propositions for a diverse B2B2C audience.
• Gather and analyze performance data, customer feedback, and buying signals to pivot creative strategy.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate technical updates into intuitive, value‑driven narratives.
• Partner with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution, platform‑native formatting, and consistency.
• Leverage existing and new AI tools and workflow builders to produce and scale creative concepts without sacrificing brand voice.
• Design distribution flywheels that maximize asset leverage and organically amplify reach.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in B2B content strategy, growth marketing, SEO/GEO, and digital audience development.
• Proven track record using large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for scalable content creation.
• Hands‑on experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, MESA, or Workato.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, Salesforce, and Google Suite.
• Experience distributing content across WordPress, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, social and email channels.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics from Google Analytics and Ahrefs.
