Creative Content Director

About the role

Lead the creative vision and content strategy for a fast‑growing real‑estate brand across Maryland, DC and Virginia. You will shape visual storytelling, oversee all creative assets and ensure the brand is represented at the highest level in every channel.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the creation of graphic design, photography, videography, motion graphics and video content for digital, print, social, recruiting and advertising campaigns.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure a consistent flow of high‑quality assets across all platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop marketing campaigns that support recruiting, agent retention, events and community engagement.
• Establish and maintain brand standards and mentor internal and freelance creative staff.
• Identify workflow improvements using AI‑powered design tools and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proven success leading marketing strategy and delivering measurable results.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro and AI creative tools.
