Craftsman – Outdoor Furniture Manufacturing

About the role

Noblewins is seeking reliable, hands‑on craftsmen to produce high‑quality outdoor furniture made from reclaimed wind‑turbine blades. You will work in a fast‑paced production environment, contributing to sustainable products used in public spaces across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Cut, sand, grind and finish composite materials.
• Repair and prepare components for production.
• Weld and fabricate metal parts.
• Paint and apply finishes to furniture pieces.
• Assemble outdoor furniture and site furnishings.
• Load, unload and move materials safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while supporting production goals and quality standards.

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, auto body work, welding, painting, or related trades.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and work in an active production setting.
