Corporate Transactions Attorney – Up to $250K Base

About the role

We are seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join our mid‑size powerhouse in Manhattan. The role focuses on high‑value transactional work, offering a blend of big‑law matters without the associated politics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in representing corporate clients across a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities offerings, and governance initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and due diligence to identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and support deal execution.
• Prepare, review, and revise key transactional documents such as merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, corporate resolutions, and related filings.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney with experience in corporate transactions and M&A.
• Demonstrated ability to work on high‑value matters in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
