Corporate & Investment Risk Management Analyst Internship 2025

About the role

Join The RRS Group’s 2025 Corporate & Investment Risk Management Analyst Program and work alongside industry experts to identify, assess and manage risk for global businesses. The nine‑week summer internship provides hands‑on experience across market, credit, liquidity and capital risk functions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform analysis and due‑diligence on counterparties and products, monitoring risk sensitivities across portfolios.
• Build financial models, contribute to analytical exercises responding to global events, and prepare reports with recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate market moves, regulatory impacts and risk mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a U.S. bachelor’s or master’s program, graduating Dec 2025 – May 2026, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Authorization to work permanently in the United States.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of valuation analysis, accounting, corporate finance, economics, equity capital markets, debt capital markets and risk analysis.
