Corporate Development Portfolio Manager (Fintech & Digital Assets)

About the role

Tether is seeking a senior Corporate Development professional to manage post‑investment relationships with portfolio companies, drive strategic partnerships, and create measurable value across its fintech and digital assets ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own the relationship with a portfolio of strategic investments, identifying and executing commercial partnerships with Tether business units.
• Develop and track a systematic value‑creation framework, measuring revenue generation, customer acquisition, product integrations, and ecosystem expansion.
• Evaluate and support strategic transactions such as acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships, providing market intelligence and integration planning.
• Represent Tether on boards or as a shareholder representative, overseeing governance, financial discipline, and strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain comprehensive oversight of portfolio performance, lead review processes, KPI monitoring, and reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 7–15 years of experience in corporate development, private equity, growth equity, strategic investing, consulting, or operating leadership.
• Strong track record of driving commercial partnerships and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing portfolio companies, subsidiaries, or strategic investments with solid governance knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
