Corporate Chef – National Accounts (Remote)

About the role

The Corporate Chef – National Accounts drives culinary sales and deepens key customer relationships for Nestlé Professional Solutions. Working remotely with nationwide travel, the role partners with sales, marketing, and product development to deliver innovative menu solutions using Nestlé’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design innovative, on‑trend menu and operator solutions that showcase Nestlé products and elevate the customer experience.
• Analyze customer menus, develop recipes, and present culinary storytelling supported by cross‑functional teams.
• Lead customer presentations, managing research, recipe development, logistics and execution.
• Grow and protect existing Nestlé product usage through demonstrations, menu ideation and cross‑utilisation.
• Build and nurture relationships that differentiate Nestlé’s product experience from competitors.
• Accurately track sales results and targets using internal account management systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, food science or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of restaurant or foodservice experience, with culinary selling preferred.
• 2+ years in a culinary role at a food manufacturer or comparable setting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Understanding of marketplace, channel and industry trends and competitors.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, supply chain and QA.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong desire to develop new business.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
