Culinary Innovation Chef

About the role

The Culinary Innovation Chef will bring Nestlé Professional Solutions products to life through creative culinary applications, customer‑inspired solutions, and high‑impact food experiences that drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales teams through culinary ideation, menu concept development, customer presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage culinary inventory, ingredient procurement, and coordinate product and sample shipments for meetings and events.
• Develop innovative culinary applications that showcase the versatility of the Nestlé Professional Solutions portfolio across foodservice channels.
• Lead culinary preparation and live demonstrations at trade shows, industry events, and customer showcases.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of culinary or foodservice experience.
• Culinary degree or related field preferred.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Experience across multiple foodservice channels and strong understanding of menu development.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
