About the role

tarte cosmetics is looking for a data‑savvy Coordinator to support the Customer Experience (CX) organization. Reporting to the Executive Director of CX, you will own the integrity of CX reporting, prepare meeting decks, and monitor fraud performance across the brand’s DTC and omnichannel channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain data integrity for all CX metrics, understanding definitions, calculations, and sources.
  • Monitor CX, fraud prevention, and eCommerce platforms for anomalies and escalate discrepancies.
  • Produce and distribute regular CX performance reports (contact volume, CSAT, response time, resolution rate, channel‑level metrics).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, year‑end, and ad‑hoc meeting decks with accurate data and clear structure.
  • Compile weekly performance summaries, including week‑over‑week and year‑over‑year KPI comparisons.
  • Update chargeback documentation for all D2C channels.
  • Support operational decisions on agent productivity, training effectiveness, and QA trends.
  • Monitor fraud performance, identify emerging patterns, and flag unusual shifts.
  • Handle fraud‑related escalations, chargeback reviews, and disputed transaction analysis.
  • Respond to recurring data pull requests from QA and product teams.
  • Analyze customer feedback to surface recurring themes and service gaps.
  • Maintain documentation on fraud policies and escalation procedures.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or related functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple platforms.
  • Comfortable handling large data sets and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on data accuracy and problem solving.
