Project Manager – Fintech Implementation

About the role

ChargeAfter is building an embedded lending platform that connects merchants with lenders through a data‑driven matching engine. We are looking for a self‑starting Project Manager to lead enterprise‑level client implementations from kickoff to go‑live, ensuring strong product utilization and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of enterprise client implementations, from onboarding through launch and post‑launch support.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Identify risks early, devise mitigation strategies, and keep delivery aligned with scope and objectives.
• Serve as the primary client‑facing lead, facilitating onboarding sessions, milestone reviews, and executive communications.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Implementation Engineers, Product, Business Analysts, and Customer Success—to translate client needs into delivery requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
