About the role

Oasis Security is seeking a Controller to own and scale its accounting function as the company grows rapidly in the AI‑driven security space. You will be responsible for the full accounting lifecycle, from close to reporting, tax, audit and compliance, while building modern, automated systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the close process, delivering accurate results on an aggressive timeline and automating manual steps.
• Prepare internal financials, management packages, and board materials.
• Manage accounting across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions, including intercompany eliminations and consolidated reporting.
• Champion modern accounting infrastructure using tools such as Rillet, Campfire, Tabs, Ramp, and Abacum.
• Serve as the in‑house subject‑matter expert on ASC 606, ASC 718, consolidations, and transfer pricing.
• Oversee sales tax, state and international registrations, and multi‑jurisdiction compliance.
• Lead the annual audit relationship end‑to‑end.
• Partner with GTM, Legal, People, and Operations on revenue recognition, equity administration, T&E, and global expansion.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a high‑growth SaaS environment.
• Multi‑national entity experience; Israeli entity experience is a strong plus.
• CPA qualification with Big 4 audit experience strongly preferred.
• Clear communicator able to work with both finance and non‑finance teams.
• Willingness to work in‑person three days per week at the NYC office.
