Continuous Improvement Specialist

About the role

The Portfolio Business Unit seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence across projects and business processes, using Lean, Six Sigma, and change management methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives, identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate Lean and Six Sigma workshops, Kaizen events, and establish standardized processes and governance practices.
• Partner with leaders to define, measure and improve KPI performance, develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
• Coach Green Belts, Champions and functional leaders, and lead complex improvement projects using DMAIC and other problem‑solving methods.
• Collaborate with Quality, EHS and business teams to investigate corrective actions, implement preventive measures and monitor risks.
• Lead change‑management efforts, creating communication, training and adoption strategies for new processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence or process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven track record leading enterprise‑wide improvement initiatives and implementing KPI‑driven performance management.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
