About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Contingent Worker to support research compliance by submitting Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) protocols for studies conducted at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. This position plays a vital part in ensuring that research activities meet regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit IBC protocols through the MUSE electronic system.
- Verify that all required documentation is complete and accurate before submission.
- Maintain records of submitted protocols and track their status.
- Collaborate with research staff to address any compliance questions.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
- Full COVID‑19 vaccination or an approved medical/religious exemption on file.
- Commitment to follow university safety and diversity policies.
