Consultant / Sr. Consultant, Strategy Consulting

About the role

Lumanity is looking for intellectually curious, team‑oriented consultants to help biopharma clients tackle their most critical challenges. In this role you will work across the pharma and biotech product life‑cycle, from pre‑commercial strategy to go‑to‑market planning and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyse data and develop client deliverables.
• Shape the analytical and conceptual direction of projects.
• Oversee and manage significant components of one to two projects simultaneously, guiding junior team members.
• Collaborate closely with mid‑ to senior‑level life‑science executives and build lasting client relationships.
• Contribute to internal initiatives that drive Lumanity’s strategic direction.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA or 2‑year master’s) in life sciences or health‑related field with 2+ years of life‑sciences strategy consulting experience, or bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading workstreams or small teams.
• Experience engaging with mid‑ to senior‑level life‑science executives.
• Strong critical‑thinking and quantitative aptitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
