Contingent Worker – Research Protocol Submission

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Contingent Worker to support research compliance by submitting Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) protocols for studies conducted at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. This position plays a vital part in ensuring that research activities meet regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit IBC protocols through the MUSE electronic system.
• Verify that all required documentation is complete and accurate before submission.
• Maintain records of submitted protocols and track their status.
• Collaborate with research staff to address any compliance questions.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Full COVID‑19 vaccination or an approved medical/religious exemption on file.
