Content Marketing Manager

About the role

Range is building an AI‑powered wealth‑management platform and needs a Content Marketing Manager to drive growth across newsletter, Instagram and webinars. The role is based in New York City and works onsite Monday‑Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Research, write, produce and ship content for the newsletter, Instagram and webinars, using AI tools as the primary operating environment.
• Build social graphics, thumbnails, slides and other visual assets independently with AI‑driven design tools.
• Manage newsletter production, including research, drafting, editing, scheduling and performance analysis.
• Own end‑to‑end webinar workflow: calendar management, slide creation, landing‑page copy, registration emails, live execution and post‑event repurposing.
• Develop Instagram content by tracking fintech trends and creating copy, graphics and short‑form video.
• Support audience growth across all channels by identifying shareable, savable content and scaling successful formats.
• Contribute to video capture and basic editing, and assist the editor as needed.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional writing or content marketing experience, including at least 2 years as a reporter, editor, staff writer or producer.
• 2+ years in‑house experience at a company, demonstrating ownership and self‑direction.
• Daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Descript, with proven impact on output.
• Strong sense of what resonates on Instagram and adjacent platforms in finance or business.

Required skills

• AI content generation tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Descript.
• Video editing software: Premiere, CapCut, Descript.
• Newsletter platforms (experience with Beehiiv, Substack, ConvertKit, Mailchimp is a plus).
