Consumer Resolution Specialist

About the role

The Consumer Resolution Specialist investigates and resolves consumer grievances, ensuring timely communication and compliance. This hybrid position supports global partners, conducts root cause analysis, and drives process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Document, investigate, and resolve consumer grievances regarding product or service issues.
• Communicate directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing follow‑up as needed.
• Support global partners in collecting, investigating, and responding to product‑related complaints.
• Conduct investigations, analyze data to identify trends, and write reports with corrective actions.
• Assist in internal audits, policy writing, and compliance reporting.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant business experience, including 1‑2 years in a call‑center environment.
• Strong background in customer service or administrative support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Veeva and CRM‑type systems.
