About the role
We are seeking a Lead Construction Superintendent to oversee ground‑up multi‑family projects in the Fort Myers/Naples area. The role involves directing on‑site activities, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, quality and safety standards while collaborating with the project team and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the construction team on multi‑family, hotel or large commercial projects.
- Manage daily on‑site operations, coordinate subcontractors and field staff.
- Maintain compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Required profile
- 5+ years experience as a Construction Field Superintendent.
- Extensive experience with ground‑up multi‑family, hotels or other large commercial projects.
- Multi‑Family Block & Plank experience is a major plus.
