About the role
The Construction Intern position is designed for students post‑high school or enrolled in a college or technical institute who want hands‑on experience in the field. Interns will work alongside crew members on job sites, assisting supervisors and project managers throughout the summer.
Key responsibilities
- Work side‑by‑side with crew members on construction sites and assist supervisors and project managers.
- Travel to various job sites during the work week and stay overnight when required.
- Follow the crew’s schedule, with frequent overtime compensated at appropriate rates.
- Adapt responsibilities based on school year, prior experience, performance, and communication ability.
