Community Manager – The Yard at Ivanhoe

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of The Yard at Ivanhoe, a 591‑unit high‑rise apartment community in Orlando. This role ensures financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including budgeting, rent collection, financial reporting, and bank deposits.
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident screening, renewals, inspections, and eviction processes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations.
• Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Supervise property staff, handle hiring, training, performance management, and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, property tours, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution and customer‑service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Advanced use of internet, word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
• Valid driver’s license for on‑site vehicle operation.
• Necessary state and local licenses/certifications for property management.
