Assistant Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations of our award‑winning apartment communities. Working closely with the Community Manager, you will help drive leasing performance, maintain resident satisfaction, and ensure financial processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, respond to leads, process lease applications and renewals, and meet occupancy targets.
• Create and manage social‑media content that promotes resident events and community engagement.
• Oversee rent collection, payment posting, monitor delinquencies, and coordinate eviction procedures as needed.
• Perform regular ledger reviews, assist with financial reporting, and support budgeting activities.
• Step in for the Community Manager during absences, provide clear communication, and prioritize daily tasks to maintain smooth operations.
• Address resident concerns promptly, de‑escalate conflicts, and uphold a welcoming environment throughout the property.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of property‑management experience preferred; six months as an assistant community manager preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; CALP accreditation is a plus.
• Positive attitude, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a customer‑focused mindset.
