Community Manager – Summerville

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for its Summerville property. The role oversees daily operations, leads the on‑site team, and ensures the community meets financial and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing the property budget by reviewing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Manage lease administration, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through community initiatives and responsive service.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to interpret financial data and control expenditures within budget.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
