Analyst, Investment & Development Program

About the role

The America’s Principle Business Analyst Program is a two‑year rotational opportunity at Greystar for early‑career professionals. As an Analyst you will rotate through functions such as acquisitions, portfolio management, credit, development, finance or investor relations, gaining hands‑on experience in sourcing, underwriting, financing, developing and managing real‑estate investments across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Support investment, transaction and portfolio work using financial models, tools and processes specific to each rotation.
• Develop a deep understanding of the team’s investment strategy and its role within Greystar’s broader business.
• Analyze data, communicate findings clearly and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Take increasing ownership of projects and workstreams throughout the program.
• Translate analysis into actionable insights and recommendations while partnering with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Urban Planning or a related field, graduating Dec 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated interest in real‑estate investment, development or finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative and work effectively across teams.
• Willingness to relocate based on rotational placement.
