Community Manager – Property Management (Los Angeles)

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a lease‑up property in the Los Angeles area. You will lead a team, manage resources, and ensure the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily property activities, including leasing, resident services, and maintenance coordination.
• Lead and develop on‑site staff to deliver high‑quality resident experiences.
• Monitor and achieve budgeted financial performance and occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
• Provide input for annual budget development and expense forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably in lease‑up or affordable housing.
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
