About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager (Pre‑Leasing) to lead the launch and ongoing success of Everleigh Castle Pines, a brand‑new luxury active‑adult (55+) community in Greenwood Village, Colorado. In this pivotal role you will drive lease‑up momentum, ensure operational excellence, and create a vibrant resident‑focused environment for our senior‑living clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site operations and manage the on‑site team during the lease‑up phase and beyond.
• Drive leasing velocity by implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies.
• Achieve financial and operational performance targets set by Greystar.
• Maintain compliance with Greystar policies, local regulations, and brand standards.
• Foster a resident‑centered culture that aligns with the lifestyle expectations of 55+ residents.
• Coordinate with corporate and regional partners to ensure seamless resource allocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management, lease‑up, or property operations, preferably in senior‑living or luxury apartment settings.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
